PAINT THE MOTHER SERIES 2023-2024 (ONGOING)
My most recent series of large scale acrylic on canvas paintings is a reflection of my first year as a mother, through which I am seeking to understand my relationship to joy, isolation, expectation and fulfillment, and to myself. It feels very important to me right now to paint the mother and put her at the center of my work where she can be seen.
